* I acknowledge and agree that, upon completion of the course work for the 6 months - 6 years program, I will be given an exam, which is due within the deadline announced on the GSC portal. Once I have passed the exam and met all other basic training requirements, I will enter the Advanced program, which will give me continued access to the GSC membership site, forum, continuing education, use of the GSC logo, listing on the Sleeplady.com directory and much more — for as long as I remain an active, certified coach in good standing.

The cost of this Advanced program, which is required for the first year, is $700. The program starts on the first day of the month following the exam due date. Certification renewal takes place in July: the first renewal falls on the first July 1 after one full year in the Advanced program has been completed, and each subsequent renewal on July 1 of every year thereafter. From the second year onward, the renewal fee is $300. I acknowledge and agree that, in order to re-certify, I must complete 6 hours of continuing education, which will be provided to me. Further details are set out on the certification standards page on the GSC private site and in the two licensing agreements. I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for reading and understanding these agreements.

I acknowledge and agree that, once I complete the 6 months - 6 years program, I may begin the 0 - 5 months program right away and complete it at my own pace, provided that I complete it no later than my first certification renewal (the first $300 renewal payment). A single certification renewal covers both programs. I acknowledge and agree that, if I do not renew my certification, my access to both programs will end and my certification covering both the 6 months - 6 years and the 0 - 5 months programs will be cancelled — whether or not I have completed the 0 - 5 months program.

I acknowledge and agree that my acceptance into the program is the first step toward certification. I acknowledge and agree that my commitments for certification are more fully described in the participation agreement, on the certification standards page on the GSC private site (which I will receive or have access to within the first week of class), and in the two licensing agreements, and that I am responsible for reading and understanding these agreements.

I acknowledge and agree that the refund period for this class ends 24 hours after the first live session. If I decide to withdraw from this program up until this point, I may receive a refund of the amount I have paid, less the non-refundable deposit, with no questions asked.
