Since Gentle Sleep Coaches are all over the world, all classes will be delivered via the internet or phone. Most classes will be held mid-day Eastern Standard Time during the week to accommodate the various time zones.
We may adjust and alternate class times once we know what time zone the majority of the current class is in.
As a working mom myself, I know how busy you are too! So I structured this basic training to be flexible -where you can work at your own pace and in your own free time…. whether it’s during nap time, your lunch break, after the kids are in bed or on the weekends…it’s up to you.
Every Thursday class content will be posted on a membership site and the following week will be a LIVE Q&A class where you can ask me questions about the class content. You will have almost a week to review the content on your own time….wherever you are.
There will also be live classes with outside experts (these classes will also be recorded so not to worry).
All classes will be recorded
(so it’s 100% OK if you can’t show up for a
particular class although we encourage you
to come to as many live classes as possible).
Once enrolled in the program a detailed schedule will be given to you. But for now here are some important dates:
The FIRST CLASS is: Wednesday, May 1st
The LAST CLASS is: Thursday, June 13th
Exams are posted on June 14th and are due July 5th. Weekly mentorship is available until the Advanced Program starts on July 15th, 2024.

All coaches who complete the basic training program requirements and pass the exam will begin the Advance Program in July 2024.

I will personally review your application within 24 hours. If I think you are a good match, we will set up a video interview.

You will then be sent a decision email. Not everyone has been accepted who has applied.
Upon acceptance into the program, you will be send a link to pay a $500 non-refundable deposit to save your spot in the class and to receive Kim’s book and the required reading list.
Three to 4 weeks before the class begins you will be sent an order page to complete your enrollment for the program (2 different payment plans will be offered – one time further reduced payment and a 6 month payment plan).
You must submit your application by May 1st in order to take advantage of the reduced price. After May 1st the early bird discount of $300 will no longer apply.
