The new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect on 25 May 2018 and will impact any organisation which holds (controls) or processes personal data. It will introduce new responsibilities, including the need to demonstrate compliance with data protection laws and regulations, and we expect a greater level of enforcement with substantially higher penalties than those experienced under the current Data Protection Act (DPA).

The Sleep Lady is committed to the highest standards of information security and privacy. We have well established controls, processes and policies to ensure we protect and manage data both internally and through our third-party suppliers.
