Question: “I’m trying to join a conference call, but I can’t! (Didn’t get the call invitation, or your conference PIN# isn’t working, etc.)”

  • Answer: If for some reason you’re not able to join a call at the last minute use the emergency registration link and conference code posted on the GSC Calendar in the “description” section of the call (remember your GSC Calendar is posted right here on the site!) Question: “My login information suddenly isn’t working to log into the GSC Website! What do I do?”

  • Answer: Please first try clearing your cache and cookies from your web browser you are using. Don’t know how to do this?  You can clear your cache on Chrome like this and on Firefox like this. Still having trouble? Email assistant@sleeplady.com to receive more help.

 

Question: “I have a question about a family I’m working with. How do I get advice?”

  • Answer: Register for a mentorship call with Kim or if it’s for a child between the age of 4-5 months old, register for a mentorship call with Heather and Andrea! Be sure to fill out a case study summary form (click here to download) and email it to assistant@sleeplady.com. You may also want to try posting your questions on the Gentle Sleep Coach group Facebook page for additional support from one another.
